The Taliban Attacks the Governors Office in Kandahar

The Taliban Attacks the Governors Office in Kandahar...This attack seems to me to be the Taliban’s defiant statement to answer the peace jirga which President Hamid karzai has just held in Afghanistan.

Taliban fighters have attacked the governor’s office in Kandahar. They governor was not there at the time of the attack but there were 14 innocent civilians wounded to include children, along with one police officer killed. The Taliban seem to want to show the world that they are still in control of Kandahar. I really don’t see a point to this attack because all it did was to wound and maim innocent Afghan civilians. I just can’t help getting a dig in here also. If the US or NATO had accidentally wounded those civilians there would have been an outcry heard around the world. The Taliban will indiscrimately kill innocent people and nothing whatsoever is said.

I desperately need for my custom military customers to help me out. Maybe I’m the one with the problem but I just don’t understand how this can be so. Why doesn’t anyone else seem to notice this indescretion?
